Psicons AB

The company PSICON was started during the 1980’s as a common company linked to me, the owner, and my income from other sources like employment. This is “enskild firma” in Swedish. At that time I worked as research engineer at the institution of Soil and Rock mechanics at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm Sweden. I  worked there from 1982 until 1989 and left with material sufficient for a pHd focused on grouting which I defended 1991. During the years working at the Institute I developed a lot of software so now when I am reducing my advising hours my plan is to re-implement some of this software and make it available at Apple App Stores. All the software was originally written to run on MacOS 9 so there is a certain amount of work needed in order to get them running under modern macOS like Ventura. My plan is also to make the software available both on iOS and macOS. 

Anyway by the end of 2018 my company was rebuilt to a share holding company which in Sweden demands to add AB at the end of the name so Psicons AB was born. Since then I have mainly worked as expert advisor for the design and construction of the new subway in Stockholm but also some with hydro power issues and with claims on the contractor side in relation to tunnelling. As said above I am now somewhat reducing my work hours as adviser and shifting over to software development. It will be interesting to see what comes out of this!
